Ingredients: goose meat, salt, pepper, dextrose, sucrose, spices, antioxidant and preservatives.
The goose salami is deeply rooted in the rural history of Friuli, where the poorest families raised at least a goose and its meat produced salami. The lean goose meat is separated from the oily skin, the whole thing is then cut into cubes with a knife, seasoned with salt and pepper
