Description: This wine shows an amber colour. The nose is characterized by intense that overwhelm. In the mouth emerges a perfect blend of flavors harmoniously combined (honey, candy, mushrooms and roses).
Pairings: Excellent served as a dessert wine or accompanied by selections of cheese at room temperature.

Chateau d'Orschwihr is mentioned as a wine-producing area since 1500, although probably the wine was produced there in Roman times. The family current owner, bought the farm in 1854, but only 50 years after transformed the vineyards for commercial use. Over time, the cultivated area was expanded to reach 25 hectares today. The company philosophy is aimed at achieving a sustainable development, in accordance with the production quality. The moderate use of fertilizers, the elimination of toxic products, loss of use of added sugars are the principles used to preserve the environment, getting the best quality results.
